Common questions.

How much does Sauce cost?
Plans are priced in South African Rand. Solo is R12,000 a month, Studio is R15,000 and Business is R25,000. Pay annually and they drop to R9,600, R12,000 and R20,000 a month. Enterprise is priced on request. Prices exclude VAT.
How do I sign up?
Sauce is in a Founders' Beta, open to the first 100 brands. Sign-up is through the waitlist. Any beta pricing terms are shared with you when you sign up.
How do credits work?
Each action is priced by the AI work it takes, and never costs less than its minimum. Text costs from 50 credits, an image from 30, a video from 600, a strategy from 250 and a Campaign Blueprint from 400. Longer outputs, better models and longer videos cost more. The Solo plan includes 10k credits a month. Studio includes a monthly credit pool that covers image and video generation. Business includes a larger pool of 500k credits a month.
What does Brand Memory actually learn?
Voice phrases, banned phrases, preferred CTAs, hook structures, and tone patterns — captured during the brand wizard and injected into every generation.
What's running under the hood?
Sauce orchestrates best-in-class third-party language, image, and video models behind a single interface. Each output is tagged with the engine that produced it in the audit trail. We swap engines as the field evolves so you always get the best quality without re-platforming.
Who owns the content?
You do, entirely. Everything Sauce generates is yours — including the brand-memory training data. You can download strategies as Word and calendar files, reports as PDF and PowerPoint, and ad packs as CSV, and you can ask us for a full copy of your data at any time.
Is my data used to train shared AI models?
No. Your brand memory is isolated to your workspace and is never used to train shared models or shown to other customers. Each workspace is its own island.
How is Sauce different from a generic AI writer?
A generic AI writer starts from a blank page every time. Sauce holds your brand voice, strategy, and goals and uses them in every output — so the captions on Tuesday follow the same brief as the content on Friday. No copy-pasting your brand guidelines.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period — access continues to the period end, no refund. Annual plans may request a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of billing. No phone calls required.

Priced in Rand

Plans are priced and charged in South African Rand through Paystack. No US dollar pricing, so your price does not move with the exchange rate.
